Yes, there is another world out there. Your day-to-day life is not as “normal” as you think. People are doing things daily that you probably get to do one or two weeks out of the year. They’re people who live a daily life of exactly what you strive for in life. There are both people praying for what you have and others who would rather die than be in your situation. It’s not all about money. It can be as simple as free time. It can be as uncommon as being able to stroll a store or mall at 11 a.m. It can be having the leeway to start a movie at 2 a.m. You’ll be finishing that movie with no regrets because there’s no need to get up before 10 a.m. You see, your life is just one of the worlds that exist. What else is out there? What are you missing? Are you living in the world that you should be?
Let’s say you live a “normal” 9 to 5, Monday through Friday, paycheck every other week life. You live that life as if it’s the only choice. Everyone surrounding you lives that life. You don’t run into people who don’t live that life because you’re not in their world. It’s easy to stay in the current world we’re in because, again, you don’t see any proof of another. You hear of it, yes. You may see it on TV, maybe a film. You may read of it in a book or magazine, but you haven’t seen that life with your eyes. One day, on the ride home from that “normal” 9 to 5 job, you take a detour. In that detour, you drive through a neighborhood you didn’t know existed.
You experience the sight of beautiful homes, clean roads, nice cars, and no sign of crime in view. You ask yourself, what is this place? How could I have not known it existed? More often than not, you begin to catch yourself intentionally riding home via this detour. Why exactly are you doing this? You’re doing this because this is actual evidence that there may be another world. You may have another choice. The people who dwell in this neighborhood don’t live the same life or in the same world as you. You go on to imagine what exactly it would be like to live in this place. What kind of income does it take to be comfortable in this area? How lucky are these people? Does it involve luck at all? Well, you’ve achieved the first step and have allowed yourself to live in that world by asking those questions.
Opportunity comes when you’re asking questions. Why can’t you live this new life? These people don’t seem like the type that works a “normal” 9 to 5 job. The people in this town don’t seem to have to wait on a paycheck every two weeks. How do they do that? How did they not fall into the rat race that I currently run? If they did, how did they get out? Attempting to find these answers will be your ticket into this new world. Again, this is not about the money. These questions are about lifestyle. The lifestyle of not worrying about money. The permanent reclamation of your time. The autonomy to spend time, days, weeks, if necessary, simply thinking. The freedom to roam as you please. The freedom to plan your day upon waking up. The ability to travel as you please without the approval of another. Many may read this and say, “well, none of this is possible without money.” That’s because we believe that money and not an outlook on life get you these things.
Yes, the people in that town that we speak of have money. They’ve all received their money in different ways. You have people who’ve inherited money. You have people who became experts in professions that demand a sizable salary while also giving them time. You have people who had the goal to take their time back before making money. Eventually, they get into that town. Do you have someone to give you enough money to live that lifestyle? Do you work in a profession that will supply both the money and time to live the life you’re imagining? Is no is the answer to the first two questions? That leaves you with the proposition of taking time as an immediate prize and slowly working towards the money.
In closing, do you have the gall, the guts, to bet on yourself and take time before you can make money? Upon embarking on that new world, that new life, you’ll get time way before you get money. If that is not what you want, your outlook is wrong. The lifestyle in this new world comes to those who have the time. You’ll need time to hone your skills. You’ll need time to think of ideas and scout opportunities. You’ll need time to get to know yourself. Time is what gives you the ability to live that great life. In that time, you will have trials and tribulations. You’ll have hurdles you didn’t anticipate. That’s because you’re entering a new world. A way of life going against everything you’ve learned to accept as a part of life. If you want to be part of a new world, you’ll need to part ways with the old one. Easy? No. Worth it? You’ll never hear someone who has done it tell you it isn’t.
